THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHERN ROCK

AT 930 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE ROCK COUNTY SHERIFF
ABOUT 5 WEST OF BASSETT MOVING TO THE EAST AT AROUND 25 MILES AN
HOUR.   PEOPLE IN THE TOWN OF BASSETT SHOULD BE UNDERCOVER.

PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF POSSIBLE...OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.

 A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTH
 CENTRAL NEBRASKA UNTIL 2 AM CDT FRIDAY MORNING.
