EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM EST FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF
 
WEST CENTRAL INDIANA... PARKE... SOUTHERN VERMILLION
 
AT 320 PM EST STATE POLICE REPORTED A TORNADO ABOUT 2 MILES WEST OF
CLINTON AND MOVING EAST ABOUT 30 MPH.
 
RADAR INDICATED AT 325 PM EST A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 15 MILES
NORTH OF TERRE HAUTE.  THE TOWNS OF CLINTON AND ROCKVILLE ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS STORM.
