A STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM OVER EASTERN KINNEY COUNTY HAS CAUSED OVER
5 INCHES OF RAIN TO FALL.  THE THUNDERSTORM REMAINS STATIONARY AND
COULD CAUSE SEVERAL MORE INCHES OF RAIN.  RESIDENTS IN EASTERN KINNEY
COUNTY SHOULD BE ALERT FOR FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND STREAMS
