THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 315 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...EXTREME NORTHERN WASHINGTON

AT 215  PM ..A TORNADO WAS  NEAR COPAN OKLAHOMA

THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES PER
HOUR.

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION.  PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF
THIS TORNADO SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND...IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.   STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS AND OU.TSIDE WALLS.
ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES AND SEEK SHELTER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR GROUND DEPRESSION.
