AT 545 PM FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED 2 MILES SOUTH OF Y CITY
IN SCOTT COUNTY..HIWAY 71 WAS UNDER WATER WITH CARS JUST
BARELY ABLE TO GET THROUGH.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WADE OR DRIVE INTO FLOODWATERS! YOU MAY BE SWEPT
AWAY BY THE UNEXPECTED STRONG FORCE OF THE WATER.
