AT 6PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM TO THE NORTHEAST OF
WINTERS  TEXAS MOVING THE THE NORTHEST AT 12 MPH.

THIS STORM MAY CONTAIN HAIL..DAMAGING WIND..LOTS OF LIGHTNING..HEAVY
RAIN AND POSSIBLY SOME FLOODING.
