EXTREME WEST NEVADA...CARSON CITY...DOUGLAS...STOREY...
SOUTHERN WASHOE AND LYON

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED OR IS
IMMENENT.

HEAVY RAIN HAS CONTINUED TO FALL TODAY IN THE SIERRA NEVADA AND WESTERN
NEVADA..PRODUCING RAPILY RISING STREAMS. ALL CREEKS AND STREAMS LEADING
FROM THE VIRGINIA..CARSON..WALKER..AND PINENUT RANGES FROM MINDEN TO
RENO WILL PRODUCE LOCAL FLOODING. THIS FLOODING INCLUDES THE LAKE TAHOE
AREA.
