AT 345 PM CDT RADAR SHOWED A RAPIDLY DEVELOPING LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA EXTENDING FROM BRAINERD TO WILMAR. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN..HAIL AND VERY GUSTY WINDS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
