A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM EAST OF WACONIA IN EAST
CARVER COUNTY SOUTH THROUGH CENTRAL SCOTT AND INTO EAST LE SUEUR
COUNTY IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 TO 45 MPH.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPED RAPIDLY BETWEEN 2 AND 230 PM AND WILL BE MOVING INTO HENNEPIN
EASTERN SCOTT AND THROUGH EASTERN LE SUEUR COUTIES OF EAST CENTRL
MINNESOTA BY 3PM.

MOVEMENT WILL LATER TAKE THESE STORMS THROUGH THE ENTIRE METRO AREA
BETWEEEN 3 PM AND 4 PM CST. THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE GUSTY

STORMS STRETCHED FROM JUST SOUTHEAST OF ST CLOUD..THROUGH WESTERN
HENNEPIN..EASTERN SCOTT..WESTERN DAKOTA AND RICE COUNTIES.

BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS..STRONG GUSTY WINDS..SMALL HAIL AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE PASSAGE OF THESE STORMS. SOME TOWNS
LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED ARE CHASKA..SHAKOPEE..ANOKA..MINNEAPOLIS AND
ST PAUL..ROSEMONT..FARMINGTON..HASTINGS..STILLWATER..AND THEN INTO
WESTERN WISCONSIN BETWEEN HUDSON AND EAU CLAIRE.

REPORTS FROM SCOTT COUNTY INDICATE SMALL HAIL AND HEAVY SOAKING RAINS.
OTHER SHOWERS WERE LOCATED BETWEEN THE ?TWIN CITIES AND DULUTH AND INTO
NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.
