EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 AM CDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF
 
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI... PERRY... STE. GENEVIEVE... ST. FRANCOIS...
   WASHINGTON... WASHINGTON
                                                                         
HEAVY RAIN WAS INDICATED OVER THE WARNED COUNTIES AT 8AM. 7 INCHES 
OF RAIN FELL IN STE GENEVIEVE IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. ROADS ARE FLOODED 
AND SMALLER SMALLER CREEKS ARE RISING RAPIDLY.  
 
FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT IN THIS AREA.  IF YOU LIVE
