000 TTAA00 KOFK 072341 TOROFK NEC009-017-149-080015- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NORFOLK NE 641 PM CDT WED MAY 7 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...BLAINE...SOUTHERN BROWN AND SOUTHERN ROCK AT 635 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR ALONG THE BROWN AND BLAINE COUNTY LINE NORTH OF BREWESTER. THE MOVEMENT OF THIS STORM WAS NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER IF POSSIBLE...OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING. TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 135 REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHCENTRAL NEBRASKA UNTIL 11 PM CDT.
