UNTIL NOON EST FOR THE FOLLOWING CENTRAL INDIANA COUNTIES...

EASTERN PARKE...PUTNAM...HENDRICKS...MARION AND HANCOCK COUNTIES.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT. TAKE NECESSARY
PRECAUTIONS AGAINST FLOODING IMMEDIATELY.

FLOODING WILL AFFECT LOW LYING AREAS...ROADS...BUSINESSES AND
RESIDENTIAL AREAS.

HIGH WATER WAS REPORTED BY A NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EMPLOYEE AT
34TH AND HIGH SCHOOL ROAD ON THE WEST SIDE OF INDIANAPOLIS AT 815 AM
EST. THE WATER BLOCKED VEHICLE TRAFFIC. OTHER REPORTS OF HIGH WATER
WERE COMMON IN THE WARNING AREA.
