THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL ILLINOIS...MORGAN AND SANGAMON

AT 600PM, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR JACKSONVILLE
ILLINOIS OR ABOUT 30 MILES WEST OF SPRINGFIELD ILLINOIS.
THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCED MARBLE SIZE HAIL IN THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE AT 559 PM CDT.
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

REMEMBER..A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCES DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINS THAT CAN
QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.
