1000 PM CDT FRI SEP 5 1986

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 12 MIDNIGHT FOR PERSONS IN BEXAR COUNTY OF TEXAS.

A THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN HAS PERSISTED OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTH
AND SOUTHWEST SAN ANTONIO FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS.

TWO INCHES OF RAIN WAS REPORTED AT KELLY AFB AT 955 PM WITH HEAVY
RAIN CONTINUING.

THIS THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING VERY SLOWLY NORTHWARD AND WILL LIKELY CAUSE
SERIOUS FLOODING OF ROADWAYS..STREETS AND LOW WATER CRSSINGS FOR THE
NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE INTO FLOODED STREETS..UNDERPASSES
AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
