THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL MISSOURI...BOONE AND CALLAWAY

 AT 1255 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS JUST SOUTH OF
 THE CITY OF COLUMBIA AND 10 MILES SOUTH OF THE COLUMBIA REGIONAL
 AIRPORT MOVING NORTH AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. LARGE HAIL IS LIKELY WITH
 THESE STORMS.

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CITY OF COLUMBIA.

REMEMBER A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCES DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF
60 MPH..LARGE HAIL..DEADLY LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY
FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.
