NORTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN...SOUTHERN ALPENA AND ALCONA


AT 440  PM EDT..RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHERN
ALPENA COUNTY MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MILES PER HOUR. THIS STORM WAS
LOCATED 20 MILES WEST NORTHWET OF LINCOLN.
