THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

PANHANDLE OF TEXAS...LIPSCOMB

AT 725 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
IN NORTHERN LIPSCOMB COUNTY OF THE NORTHEAST TEXAS PANHANDLE.

MOVEMENT WAS TO THE SOUTH 10 MPH.

 THIS SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
 STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES

 THIS STORM IS ACCOMPANIED BY INTENSE LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY
 WINDS.

 PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD MOVE TO
 SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL..
 HEAVY RAIN..AND DANGEROUS LIGHTENING.
