This F1 tornado ran 7.0 miles across Kiowa County on April 26, 1986, touching down at 7:10 PM CST and reaching 100 yards wide. It killed nobody, and did $5,000 to $50,000 of property damage.

Incredible damage. Strong frame houses swept off their foundations, car-sized missiles thrown more than 100 meters, steel-reinforced concrete badly damaged, high-rise buildings deformed.
