- 16.00 ftRoute 1 over 4 Laural Mountain Road is impassable near the river. Low areas along streams and creeks that flow into the Greenbrier are flooded, as are sections of the Greenbrier Trail near the river.
- 13.00 ftLocal Route 1 over 4 Laurel Run Road flooded on both sides of the 1 over 4 bridge.
