3. 17.00 ftWater reaches the road surface of the Fairground Road bridge. Water may begin entering onto floors of a few homes near the intersection of Crane Road and English Drive. Water may begin splashing onto the surface of the Morgan Avenue bridge.
4. 14.00 ftFlooding of fairground fields. Food City parking lot begins to flood near the river. Buildings on Woodway Road (U.S. 421) nearest the train bridge on either side flood, and the highway itself is inundated from there southward for a stretch.

6. 12.00 ftFlooding begins of low spots along the bike and walking path near Bobcat Stadium.
