4. 13.00 ftAgricultural flooding begins along the river. Water approaches a road near the river in Mount Jackson. Downstream, several low water crossings will be flooded between Woodstock and Strasburg.
5. 9.00 ftThe river begins to overflow its banks but no impacts are observed.
