1. 10.00 ftRoute 215 in Lower Cabot will flood with water approaching a few homes. Power Plant Road in Marshfield will flood. There will be widespread flash flooding of many headwater streams joining the Winooski River in Cabot and possibly Marshfield.
2. 9.00 ftWidespread lowland field flooding will occur. The lower portions of some properties along Route 215 from Cabot to Marshfield will begin to flood. Water will approach Route 215 in Lower Cabot and Power Plant Road in Marshfield.
3. 8.00 ftLow lying fields adjacent to the river in Cabot and Marshfield begin to flood.
