2. 20.60 ftWater breeches the levee and begins to flood William R. Johnson Coliseum on the Stephen F. Austin State University campus.
3. 18.30 ftAll four lanes of Starr Avenue are under water just south of the soccer field between University and Wilson Drive. The entire soccer field and extension athletics fields and all of Pecan Park under water.
4. 18.00 ftSignificant flooding for portions of Pecan park. Starr Avenue begins to flood.
5. 16.00 ftParking lots east of La Nana Creek flood, including lots 46, 47, those near the soccer fields, and lots behind the arboretum.
6. 15.00 ftWater begins to flood parking lots on the east side of the Stephen F. Austin State University campus beside the football stadium.
