1. 20.00 ftexpect widespread and major flooding from north of Eugene to Harrisburg. Numerous small communites and developed areas historically flood near this level.
2. 18.00 ftexpect flooding of some homes and widespread lowland flooding. Highway 99E may be flooded and closed in numerous locations at this level.
3. 17.00 ftmajor flood stage, Expect widespread flooding along the Willamette between Eugene and Albany, including several stretches of Hwy 99E in the vicinity of Harrisburg.
4. 16.00 ftexpect widespread low land flooding mainly west of the river. Portions of Highway 99E may be flooded. Historically, flooding near the Harrisburg Bridge has occurred at this and higher stages.
5. 15.00 ftlow parts of Highway 99E begin to flood. Expect widespread low land flooding along the Willamette River in the Harrisburg vicinity.
6. 14.00 ftexpect minor flooding along the Willamette River, mainly concentrated along the western banks.
7. 12.00 ftsloughs in the Harrisburg vicinity begin to fill, and fields along west bank of the Willamette begin to flood.
