- 20.00 ftFlood waters reach residential areas on the west side of Cambridge. A portion of Old 21 Road begins to flood. Water also reaches Pigeon Gap Road.
- 18.00 ftFlood waters begin affecting apartments along Wills Creek Valley Road. Water will reach Southgate Parkway at the section near Woodlawn Avenue.
- 17.00 ftWater overflows Wills Creek Valley Road to a depth of 2 feet. Water reaches a depth of 1 foot on Eighth Street north of town.
- 16.00 ftBasement flooding begins through floor drains and other sewer connections. Local interruptions in sanitary service may occur along Gordon's Run from 3rd Street to 6th Street.
- 15.00 ftOverflowing of poor drainage and low lying areas will result in minor flooding along wills creek.
