3. 29.00 ftCommercial and residentials areas along the creek, including the Fairgrounds, begin to flood. This level also represents what is commonly referred to as the 100-year floodplain.
4. 25.50 ftThe bike path floods. In addition, more overbank flooding, especially east of the creek, begins.
5. 22.50 ftWater leaves the channel via a notch along the right bank.
