- 12.00 ftFlooding reaches the bottom of the bridge and spreads out covering road 443 on the approach to the bridge. There is extensive flooding of agricultural areas adjacent to the creek.
- 8.50 ftThe gas station at the Overton Interstate 80 exit becomes inundated by Spring Creek flood water. In addition, driveway access to one residence immediately west of the gas station becomes cut off by flood water.
