- 15.00 ftWater begins overtopping the lowest portions of Crooked Lake Road between Canyon Way and Blackbird Road. Additional flooding is possible for properties downstream between Pine City and the confluence with the St. Croix River.
- 12.70 ftFloodwaters inundate across Pokegama Lake Road and Tigua Road near the confluence of Pokegama Lake and the Snake River.
- 11.00 ftWater begins to reach homes along Riverview Drive off of Tigua Road on the north side of the Snake River near the confluence with Pokegama Lake. Water encroaches further on Pokegama Lake Road and Tigua Road near the intersection of those roads.
- 10.90 ftWater reaches the bottom of the Pokegama Lake Road bridge over the Snake River near the intersection with Tigua Road.
- 10.50 ftWater reaches the base of homes along Scott Drive on the east side of Cross Lake. Floodwaters inundate the portions of Canyon Way south of Crooked Lake Road east of Pine City.
- 10.00 ftWater reaches the base of an apartment complex near the Highway 35/St. Croix Scenic Bywy Bridge. The fishing and viewing area at the Snake River Landing just upstream of the County Highway 9 bridge is inundated.
- 9.50 ftWater begins to reach the lowest properties and homes along the river on Canyon Way south of Crooked Lake Road, downstream of Pine City.
- 9.30 ftPeak level during the spring snowmelt flooding in April 2023. Numerous shoreline properties on Pokegama Lake will have inudnated yards with water encroaching on buildings in the lowest spots. All of Riverside and Voyageur Parks in Pine City are inundated.
- 9.20 ftShoreline properties in Pine City along the Snake River between Interstate 35 and Highway 35 begin to be inundated. Portions of 4th Ave SW may flood. Water begins to inundate the southern shoulder of Pokegama Lake Road (County Highway 7) near the intersection with Tigua Road.
- 9.00 ftWater inundates homes and garages along the Snake River upstream of Pine City along Pokegama Lake Road and Horseshoe Lane.
- 8.60 ftWater begins to flood the boat landing on the east side of Cross Lake.
- 8.30 ftWater begins to encroach on properties along the Snake River upstream of Pine City along Pokegama Lake Road and Horseshoe Lane. The driveway just south of the Snake River bridge on Pokegama Lake Road inundated at its lowest point.
- 8.00 ftWater encroaches on the lowest homes along the shoreline along the river and attached lakes. Backwater from the Snake River will cause minor flooding of lowland areas adjacent to Cross Lake, Pokegama Lake and the Snake River.

- 6.50 ftSnake River is out of its banks at this level. High water begins to affect the boat landing in Pine City.
