Route 12A is flooded with 1 to 3 feet of water. In White River Junction, Vermont, flooding occurs at Ratcliffe Park, Nutt Lane, and Harrison Avenue. Portions of Latham Works Lane are flooded. Inundation comparable to flooding from Tropical Storm Irene in 2011.
