4. 20.00 ftModerate flooding begins in the woodlands and athletic fields upstream and downstream from the gage on Johnson Ferry Road. The pedestrian and vehicular bridges to the visitor parking lots on the Marist High School campus will be inundated. The student parking lot and baseball fields will be flooded with 1 to 3 feet of water. Backed up storm drains will likely flood the parking garage under the gym. Moderate flooding continues downstream to Rickenbacker Drive. Some homes will begin to flood near the creek.
5. 19.00 ftMinor flooding expands further into the woodlands and athletic fields upstream and downstream from the gage on Johnson Ferry Road. The water will be around 3 feet over the pedestrian and vehicular bridges to the visitor parking lots on the Marist High School campus. The student parking lot and portions of the baseball fields will be flooded with 1 to 2 feet of water. Moderate flooding develops in residential yards downstream to Rickenbacker Drive. Some crawl spaces or foundations of homes may flood.
6. 18.00 ftMinor flooding continues to expand into the woodlands and athletic fields upstream and downstream from the gage on Johnson Ferry Road. The water will be around two feet over the pedestrian and vehicular bridges to the visitor parking lots on the Marist High School campus. The student parking lot will be flooded and the baseball fields will begin to flood. Minor flooding of residential yards will continue downstream to Rickenbacker Drive.
7. 17.00 ftMinor flooding continues of woodlands and athletic fields upstream and downstream from the gage on Johnson Ferry Road. The water will begin to flow over the pedestrian and vehicular bridges to the visitor parking lots on the Marist High School campus. The student parking lot will begin to flood. Minor flooding of residential yards will continue downstream to Rickenbacker Drive.
8. 16.00 ftFlood stage is reached. Minor flooding of woodlands and athletic fields occurs upstream and downstream from the gage on Johnson Ferry Road. The water level will be hitting the pedestrian and vehicular bridges to the visitor parking lots on the Marist High School campus. This may cause some backwater and erosion eddies to form to the sides of the bridges. Minor flooding of residential yards will likely begin downstream to Rickenbacker Drive.
9. 15.00 ftBankfull conditions are reached upstream and downstream from the gage on Johnson Ferry Road. Water begins to flow into low areas of the woodlands and athletic fields near the creek. The water level will reach the bottom of the pedestrian and vehicular bridges to the visitor parking lots on the Marist High School campus.
