18. 20.80 ftNear this height, the railroad bridge below the mouth of Noix Creek is closed. Above this height, the bridge is unable to open to vessel traffic.
19. 20.20 ftIllinois Street between Main and Highway 79 begin flooding.
20. 19.80 ftEntrance to Noix Creek Campground begins flooding.
21. 19.60 ftMaryland Street at 4th Street by the Town Branch bridge begins flooding near this height.
22. 17.00 ftThe parking area at the boat house floods.
23. 15.00 ftThe first quarter mile of Edison Avenue beyond the railroad tracks begins flooding near this height.
24. 12.20 ftFor barge navigation, the Corps will attempt to keep the river at or below this level. Year-round target levels are between 11.5 and 12.2 feet.
