1. 26.00 ftMajor flooding of primary and secondary roads and bridges from above Highway 90 to below I-35. Evacuations may be required from homes and the mobile home park in the flood plain and along New Laredo Highway as water is likely to enter structures. The approaches and shoulders to the I-35 bridge will flood. At the 26 foot level water is nearing the bottom of the I-35 bridge. Flooding is observed around the StandardAero facility.
2. 25.00 ftThe mobile home park on New Laredo Highway will flood. Approaches and shoulders to the I-35 bridge will begin to flood with traffic likely restricted to one lane. Flooding will occur at the StandardAero facility.
3. 22.00 ftHomes and businesses in the flood plain along Leon Creek may flood and evacuations may be required. Residents in the mobile home park near Leon Creek on New Laredo Highway should prepare for flooding. Most primary and secondary roads and low bridges near Leon Creek are flooded. Camargo Park near Nelson Wolff Stadium will see flooding.
4. 20.00 ftMajor flooding could reach or enter structures above Kelly USA down to I-35. Several horse barns are flooded. Roads, streets and low bridges in the flood plain and near Leon Creek can flood and become dangerous and deadly. The northbound and southbound medians to the I-35 bridge and service roads will begin to flood. Flooding will begin around the StandardAero facility.
5. 16.00 ftCamargo Park near Nelson Wolff Stadium will begin to see water entering the park in areas that are close to the creek. Primary and secondary roads and bridges will begin to see flooding from above Kelly USA to below I-35. Flow approaches horse barns and homes below Kelly USA.
6. 15.00 ftModerate flooding in the floodplain that will begin to approach primary and secondary roads and low bridges above Kelly USA to below I-35. Water may begin to approach homes in the lowest areas from near Nelson Wolff Stadium to I-35.
7. 13.00 ftMinor lowland flooding begins to approach secondary roads and low bridges above Kelly USA to below I-35.
