Flood waters associcated with Cabin Creek will completely surround the Plant Hammond property. The water will be 10 feet deep in the power supply building for intakes to a pulp mill plant just upstream. Cabin Creek between the two plants and Beech Creek southeast of the mill will be flooded and cutting off access to the local roads.

Cabin Creek between the two plants and Beech Creek southeast of the mill will be flooded and likely affecting access to local roads.
