The water level reaches the top of the Spalding Drive bridge causing severe erosion and potentially a washout. A large portion of Spalding Drive is flooded around a one foot deep. County officials will close the bridge and road.

The Spalding Drive bridge forms an obstacle and acts like a dam causing some backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the bridge. A portion of Spalding Drive just west of the bridge begins to flood. County officials will likely close the bridge and road.
