4. 36.29 ftHighway 79 is closed through the town of Foley.
5. 35.60 ftHighway 79 is closed from Winfield north to Route Y.
6. 35.50 ftHighway 79 is closed from Bobs Creek to one mile south.
7. 35.10 ftThe levee behind Lock and Dam 25 will overtop at this height without additional protection.
8. 34.60 ftRoute M is closed south of Elsberry from Highway 79 east to where state maintenance ends near Apex Lane.
9. 34.50 ftNear this height, the office building and storage building of Kimaterials, a sand and gravel company on Highway 79 between Winfield and Old Monroe, begins flooding. Also, the Corps has not kept Lock 25 open above this height.
10. 34.00 ftThis is the level of the levee protection for Winfield.
11. 33.00 ftRoute N is closed from Highway 79 at Winfield to where state maintenance ends.
12. 32.50 ftNear this level, Winfield Lock 25 is closed to navigation.
13. 30.00 ftThe Golden Eagle Ferry will likely close near this level. Lakeshore Drive in northern St. Charles County becomes impassable near this level.
14. 29.80 ftMuch of County Highways B and C in eastern St. Charles County are flooded.
15. 29.50 ftHighway B in eastern St. Charles County floods near the Dardenne Creek bridge.
16. 29.30 ftThe following roads in northern St. Charles County close near this level: Peruque Creek Road near Highway 79, Dalbow Road near Highway 79, and Firma Road.
17. 29.20 ftLakeview Drive in northeastern St. Charles County is closed north of the railroad tracks. Also, Highway C between Highway B and Silvers Road will be closed near this height.
18. 29.00 ftRoute 96 at Mozier Landing closes.
19. 28.60 ftWater begins covering Highway C about a half mile south of Highway B in St. Charles County.
20. 28.30 ftNear this height, Lakeview Drive becomes impassable and Kampville Road begins flooding in northern St. Charles County.
21. 27.80 ftNear this height, Wilson Road just north of Washeon Road and Lehmond Island Road south of Sunset Drive in northern St. Charles County begin flooding.
22. 27.50 ftAt this stage, Lock and Dam 25 will stockpile 200 tons of sand, 12,000 sandbags, and 10,000 square feet of polyethylene plastic as a precaution.
23. 23.00 ftA few local islands begin to flood.
24. 21.60 ftNear this stage, the Corps will raise all gates out of the river, creating "open river" conditions. This corresponds to an approximate discharge of 145,000 cfs.
