Cumberland River at Cockrill Bend

1. 49.00 ftNumerous residential, industrial, and agricultural properties near the river in the Cockrill Bend, Bells Bend, Charlotte Park, Centenary, and Beacon Square areas are significantly impacted by floodwaters. Many primary and secondary roads are also flooded and impassable including River Rd and River Rd Pike. Water begins to approach Cockrill Bend Blvd and Ashland City Hwy, and may be impassable at higher levels.
2. 45.00 ftExtensive flooding is occurring along the river and in the lower portions of the Whites Creek and Richland Creek tributaries. Many residential, industrial, and agricultural properties are affected in the Cockrill Bend, Bells Bend, Charlotte Park, Centenary, and Beacon Square areas. Also impacted are properties on Old Hydes Ferry Pike, Ashland City Hwy, and River Trace Rd. Area roads are also flooded and impassable, including River Rd and River Rd Pike.
3. 43.00 ftFlooding of residential, industrial, and agricultural areas continues along the river, with backwater effects causing flooding in the lower portions of Whites Creek in Bordeaux and Richland Creek in the Urbandale Nations area. Many properties are affected in the Cockrill Bend, Bells Bend, Charlotte Park, and Beacon Square areas. Also impacted are properties on Old Hydes Ferry Pike, Ashland City Hwy, and River Trace Rd. Portions of River Rd and River Rd Pike are flooded and may be impassable.
4. 41.00 ftSignificant flooding continues to impact properties near Basswood Ave, River Rd, Cleeces Ferry Rd, River Rd Pike, River View Dr, and Amy Lynn Dr. Also affected are industrial and agricultural areas in Cockrill Bend and Bells Bend, the Tennessee Clay Target Complex, the Brook Meadow and Bells Bend Greenways, and the University School of Nashville athletic fields. Water approaches properties on Old Hydes Ferry Pike, Ashland City Hwy, and River Trace Rd.
5. 39.00 ftSignificant flooding is occurring along the river, with many industrial and agricultural areas impacted in Cockrill Bend and Bells Bend. Also affected are properties near the river on Basswood Ave, River Rd, Cleeces Ferry Rd, River Rd Pike, River View Dr, Amy Lynn Dr, the Tennessee Clay Target Complex, and portions of the Brook Meadow and Bells Bend Greenways. The University School of Nashville athletic fields continue to be inundated, and access may be restricted at higher levels.
6. 37.00 ftFlooding continues to impact adjacent tributaries and agricultural aeas in Cockrill Bend and Bells Bend, marinas on Basswood Ave and River Rd, and the Tennessee Clay Target Complex. Also impacted are industrial areas on Cockrill Bend Blvd, portions of the Brook Meadow and Bells Bend Greenways, and properties on River Rd Pike and River View Dr. Water begins to impact the University School of Nashville athletic fields, industrial property on Amy Lynn Dr, and the boat launch area on Cleeces Ferry Rd.
7. 35.00 ftFlooding along the river begins, affecting the lower portions of Whites Creek, Richland Creek, agricultural areas in Cockrill Bend and Bells Bend, and marinas on Basswood Ave and River Rd. Also impacted are the Tennessee Clay Target Complex, industrial property on River Rd and near Cockrill Bend Blvd and Centennial Blvd, and portions of the Brook Meadow and Bells Bend Greenways. Water begins to impact properties on River Rd Pike and River View Dr, and access may be restricted at higher levels.
8. 33.00 ftInundation of properties and other low lying areas continues along the river. This includes adjacent creeks and streams, and marinas on Basswood Ave and River Rd. Agricultural areas in Cockrill Bend and Bells Bend begin to be inundated at this level, as well as portions of the Brook Meadow and Bells Bend Greenways, and properties on River View Dr. Water approaches property around the Tennessee Clay Target Complex, and industrial property near Cockrill Bend Blvd and Centennial Blvd.
9. 31.00 ftWater begins to inundate low lying areas along the river, including portions of Whites Creek, Richland Creek, and other adjacent tributaries, and marinas on Basswood Ave and River Rd.
