11. 15.00 ftModerate Flood Stage. Flooding increases and approaches residences and businesses along Route 7 in Conklin.
12. 14.00 ftFlood Stage. Flooding begins along the flood plain outside of the levee protection area. Sandy Beach Park floods. The City of Binghamton is protected by flood walls to 25.6 feet.
