1. 9.00 ftHomes in Horse Creek community begin to flood. Orange River Blvd flooded from western Orange River Loop Rd intersection east to Buckingham Rd. Buckingham Rd flooded from Cemetery Rd to Peace Rd, with water approaching the road as far south as NE 25th Ave and as far north as Bird Rd. Cemetery Rd flooded as far east as Goebel Rd. Numerous homes and businesses flooded.
2. 8.00 ftOrange River Loop Rd flooded north of Washburn Dr. Water flooding Orange River Loop Rd north of Idylwild Rd and approaching the eastern intersection with Orange River Blvd. Water surrounding some homes in Horse Creek community.
3. 7.00 ftHomes in Verandah community begin to flood. Water approaching Orange River Loop Rd from the east. Water approaching homes in Horse Creek community. Water reaches and begins to flood Cemetery Rd.
4. 6.50 ftStreets begin to flood in Verandah community surrounding numerous homes. Flooding expanding south of Orange River Loop Rd on the south side of the river with flooding impacting numerous homes. Orange River Blvd and Buckingham Rd begin to flood.
5. 6.00 ftSome homes in low-lying sections on the north side of the river north of Orange River Loop Rd begin to flood. Water approaches Organge River Blvd and Buckingham Rd.
6. 5.50 ftWater begins to flood homes primarily along the south side of the river north of Orange River Loop Rd and both sides south of Orange River Loop Rd.
7. 5.00 ftWater surrounding many homes on the south side of the river north of Orange River Loop Rd and along both sides of the river south of Orange River Loop Rd.
8. 4.50 ftSwales leading to the river no longer drain. Residential street flooding occurs. Water approaches some homes.
