Munson Slough at Roberts Avenue (in NAVD88)

1. 52.00 ftMuch of the area throughout Munson Slough from Roberts Avenue southward experiences catastrophic flooding. Flooding expands an impacts non-elevated homes along Kennedy Drive and Catherine Ross Lane.
2. 50.50 ftMuch of Orange Avenue West from near the intersection with South Lake Bradford Road eastward past the Seminole Golf Course Maintenance Shack is impassible. Water continues to flood into southern portions of Seminole Golf Course. Water floods non-elevated homes along Kennedy Drive.
3. 49.50 ftWater floods Orange Avenue West near South Lake Bradford Road eastward past the Seminole Golf Course Maintenance Shack. Water begins to flood across Orange Avenue West into portions of the Seminole Golf Course Property. Water expands under all elevated homes on McPherson Drive and Weaver Drive. Access into this area is impossible. Water floods onto Kennedy Drive and approaches non-elevated homes.
4. 49.00 ftRoberts Avenue east of Mabry Street is impassible. Much of Mabry Park is flooded. Water approaches the shoulder of South Lake Bradford Road and Orange Avenue West. Flooding expands under elevated homes throughout all of McPherson Drive and Weaver Drive. Both roads are impassible above this level.
5. 48.00 ftRoberts Avenue east of Mabry Street begins to flood. Extensive flooding continues in Mabry Park. A lengthy stretch of Paul Dirac Drive about one half mile north of Orange Avenue West is impassible. Water floods up to 1 ft deep under several elevated homes on McPherson Drive. Flooding extends onto Weaver Drive.
6. 47.00 ftFlood expands in Mabry Park. Portions of Paul Dirac Drive between one half mile and one mile north of Orange Avenue West continue to flood. Water begins to move under elevated homes at the end of McPherson Drive as well as flood the roadway to near the intersection with Weaver Drive.
7. 46.00 ftFlooding begins near Mabry Park. Further south of Mabry Park, water begins to flood only Paul Dirac Drive about one half mile north of Orange Avenue West. Water begins to flood into the backyards of residences at the end of McPherson Drive.
