1. 151.00 ftWater reaches the base of the bridge at East Call Street.
2. 150.00 ftCatastrophic flooding in Starke. Water begins to flood the road surface of South Walnut Street and South Water Street at the bridges over the creek. Extensive residential and commerical building flooding continues along the creek in Starke.
3. 149.00 ftWater reaches the base of the South Water Street Bridge over the creek. Water also reaches the base of the bridge over South Walnut Strret. Flooding continues to expand along the creek north of the East Call Street reaching as far west as the intersection of North Church Street and Bridges Street. Numerous commercial buildings along South Walnut Street are flooded.
4. 148.00 ftSignificant flooding in Starke. Numerous residences are flooded south of Bridges Street and east of North Water Street and the creek. Much of the area between Colley Road and Redgraves Street is inaccessible. Flooding worsens at the apartment complexes along the south bank of the creek at South Water Street. Commercial buildings along west of South Walnut Street on the south bank of the creek begin to flood. Flood waters enter the sewer lift system.
5. 147.00 ftConsiderable flooding in Starke. Water surrounds or floods several residences along Saint Clair Street south of Bridges Street. An apartment complex on Bradford Court begins to flood. Colley Road begins to flood just south of the medical center. Residences along Redgraves Street are surrounded by flood water. Flooding worsens at an apartment complex on the south bank of the creek near South Water Street. Water reaches the entrance to the sewer lift stations and the back of the National Guard Armory.
6. 146.00 ftWater approaches residences east of Saint Clair Street near the intersection with East Jackson Street. The culvert crossing of Laura Street floods at this level. An apartment complex off South Water Street on the south bank of the creek begins to flood into the parking lot. Water approaches the sewer lift station and the National Guard Amory near the gage.
7. 145.00 ftWater begins to flood Laura Street east of the culvert. Flooding becomes more extensive in wooded areas along the creek from East Call Street southward along the creek to the railroad tracks.
8. 144.00 ftWater begins to flood wooded areas between Laura Street and South Water Street. Wooded areas near the gage also flood.
9. 141.00 ftWater begins to reach the top of the bank just south of US-301 and flood into low lying wooded areas near the gage.
