4. 4.50 ftFlooding continues to impact low lying areas and basement levels of some riverside homes. Several riverside roads are closed off to traffic.
5. 4.00 ftMinor flooding begins to impact several roadways. Some Road closures take place as the river climbs above 4 feet.
6. 3.50 ftMinor flooding develops at this elevation. Primary impact is for lowland flooding and some flooding of basements along the river.
