5. 9.50 ftFlooding affects a significant area in Lyons with a number of houses along the creek impacted. Saint Vrain Creek floods low lying areas downstream in Longmont.
6. 9.00 ftSeveral houses east of 2nd Avenue in Lyons flood.
7. 8.50 ftStructures flood in low lying areas next to Saint Vrain Creek in Lyons. Lowland and meadow flooding occur along the creek downstream through western Longmont.
8. 8.00 ftThe creek rises to the base of structures and yards flood east of the 2nd Avenue bridge in Lyons.
9. 7.50 ftThere is lowland and meadow flooding in and downstream of Lyons.
