Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects many residences along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.9 feet early Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday, September 27. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
