WITH A FLOOD WARNING...

The Flash Flood Warning has been transitioned to a Flood Warning due 
to on going road closures due to flooding. The heavy rain threat has 
ended thus additional flooding is not currently expected. Please 
continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT Monday for 
portions of northern Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
