* At 344 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain 
  has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

This Flash Flood Warning that covers multiple counties will expire 
at 745 PM. We are still receiving flooding reports from earlier rain 
in Monmouth County and northern Ocean County and a Flood Warning 
will be issued for this shortly.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT Sunday for portions 
of northern Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
