* WHAT...East winds up to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected, 
  particularly across the U.S. Virgin Islands and eastern Puerto 
  Rico.

* WHERE...Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM AST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

...WIND ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM AST THIS EVENING...

The threat from the current period of strong winds has diminished, 
and the Wind Advisory has expired. Peak wind gusts reached 40 mph at 
Mercedita Airport, 37 mph at Rohlsen Airport in Saint Croix, and 36 
mph in Culebra, while marine observations reported gusts of 40 to 45 
mph across portions of the Caribbean waters and local passages. 
Winds will ease tonight, but another pulse of strong easterly winds 
is expected Tuesday and may lead to renewed hazardous conditions 
across exposed and elevated areas.
