* At 449 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
  have fallen on already saturated ground. Additional rainfall
  amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 AM EDT THIS
MORNING FOR ADAMS, HUNTINGTON AND WELLS COUNTIES...

At 614 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms
producing flash flooding in and around the Bluffton area in Wells
County. Localized rainfall estimates between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen so far this morning on already saturated ground.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned
area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
