* WHAT...West winds 45 to 65 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected.

* WHERE...Shemya and Attu Islands.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and
  cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong low pressure system rapidly
  strengthening in the southern Bering will bring very strong
  westerly winds beginning this evening and continuing into late
  Thursday morning. The strongest wind gusts up to 75 mph are likely
  across the western Aleutian Islands overnight tonight into early
  Thursday morning. Winds to steadily diminish through late Thursday
  morning.

  Thursday morning due to a deep low pressure system in the southern
  Bering Sea. Favored East-West channels could promote locally higher
