* At 447 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located near
  Birdsboro, or 9 miles east of Reading, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

At 454 PM EDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located along a
line extending from near Lyons to near Gilbertsville, moving east at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL BERKS AND NORTHWESTERN
MONTGOMERY COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 515 PM EDT...

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and 
a Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
eastern and southeastern Pennsylvania.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Mount Holly NJ.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
Berks and Montgomery Counties until 545 PM EDT.
