* At 423 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Kingston, or
  11 miles northeast of Trenton, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.
